Your peer coaching sessions have been good, but you’d like some specific feedback. You’d also like to expand your knowledge of coaching tools and the basics of building a business so that when you graduate you have the confidence to hit the ground running.
You’ve graduated, now what? You need more coaching hours to secure your ICF accreditation and even though you did all your homework you’re not convinced you have what it takes to be a successful coach. You’ve stayed in contact with a few peers, but it would be great to meet other coaches and continue learning.
You finished school a while ago and you’ve been doing okay. But you’d love to find some like-minded people to bounce ideas off of and collaborate with. You’ve found it daunting and a little lonely to do it on your own. You’d really love a community because there’s no one in your life who really gets what you want to create. And you need some energy to keep you going.

Truthfully The Goal to Coach Community is what I needed after I graduated from coaching school. I didn’t start coaching people until two years after I graduated. I felt lost and didn’t know how to start. What I found over the last six years of building my business is that when I was in a community with colleagues, mentors, and fellow coaches everything got easier and more fun.
The Goal to Coach Community is more than an online place to ask questions, it’s where you’ll receive monthly live education on coaching tools and modalities, you’ll get to witness real coaching sessions and practice your own coaching with dedicated feedback. And we’ll have Live Q&A’s to discuss best practices in coaching and business building.
And best of all you’ll help create what you need within the community.
This is not a make 7 figures in 7 months community. This is not a place that is going to promise you a roster full of clients in 30 days. It is a place to improve your skills in coaching, knowing that the more value you create for your clients the more money will come your way.
It’s a place for you to practice your coaching, build your confidence, and get the resources you need to help you create a business that feels authentic to you and to get those questions answered that are keeping you awake at night.
You know the ones:
How do I do group coaching?
What does a discovery call sound like?
What the heck is an enrollment process?
I think I have a client, now what?
Besides social media what are other ways to get clients?
How can I make sure I’m making an impact?
What are the administrative tools I can use?
Ugh, how much should I charge for coaching?
How do I become a great coach?
You may have a ton of questions before you even get started, let alone support yourself long-term. The solution to finding these answers often looks something like this:
STEP 1
Filter through your anxiety to find the question you need to ask.
STEP 6
Repeat
(only this time you also try posting it in a Facebook Group and no one responds.)
STEP 5
Put the question aside for awhile.
STEP 2
Type the question into Google.
STEP 3
Scroll through all of the ads to a million "answers".
STEP 4
Feel your anxiety rise again.

Through monthly themes, we’ll take dedicated action towards our individual goals, one step at a time. This is an intentional space and because you’re coming in as a founding member you have a say in what is created.
Whenever you have a question or an idea or are curious to learn more about something instead of getting lost in the distractions of Facebook, Google, YouTube, or TikTok, you’ll be able to log into your Community and know impactful conversations await.
It’s where growth happens!
Just a small note to send a big THANK YOU! The journey towards becoming and starting a coaching practice is overwhelming, a constant racket of not feeling good enough. Your presence as a facilitator and teacher has been inspiring.
~ Kathleen W
Deanna did an amazing job guiding us through exercises, providing gentle challenges or tough love as needed, and teaching us how our stories came to be and how we can rewrite them in a way that better serves us. We did all this while creating meaningful connections within the group; we learned, dug deep, grew, and had a lot of fun and laughs. I look forward to using what I've learned as I move forward and look forward to working with Deanna again soon!
~ Trista Shattuck (From The Rewrite Program)
Wow, Deanna was beyond incredible today! Our team members were truly blown away and our facilitators were frantically taking notes to emulate her skills.
~ Kerry Zampa, Director People Development, Service Now
I have had the privilege to work with Deanna as my teacher, my coach (both 1:1 and group), my mentor, and my peer. I've experienced her speaking to classrooms of coaches and to a room full of corporate attendees. Her style is open, knowledgeable, anecdotal, and incredibly insightful. Thanks to Deanna and her patience and persistence, I can see my future as a full-time coach and have been making incredible strides to truly connect to my passion. Her coaching has been pivotal to my growth and to my success
~ AnnMarie Santamarina
Deanna guided us through this process with understanding, compassion, an open heart and lots of great questions. She has this elegance of calling you out in the nicest way. I hope you are brave and take this journey, your future self will thank you!
~ Tiffany Harrison (The Rewrite Program)
Well, first off it’s not on Facebook. So, you don’t have to cut through the jungle of distractions to get to the community. In addition, Goal to Coach is built with the intention and purpose of continued learning and connection. But that learning doesn’t have to come from one source. Our goal is to elevate the wisdom of everyone in the group and give members opportunities to share their experiences and what’s working for them and their lessons learned.
If you join Goal to Coach in July of 2022 you will be a founding member and received 20% off your subscription for the lifetime of your membership. You’ll also have a voice in how this community serves you and what you’d like to see created.

(but I’m on a budget)
When I say, I understand, I mean, I UNDERSTAND. I have invested thousands of dollars in my personal & coaching development. My accountant is constantly shocked by how much goes into my education category. But I wanted to price this in such a way that made it a no-brainer for you. I know how much you’ve paid for school, and I know what goes into website creation, copywriting, and getting your business set up.
I also know how freaking hard it is to try and do it all alone.
1-on-1 Coaching
$15,000 per year
Group Coaching
$300 - $1200 per year
Courses
$149 - $2900 per year
Founding Member Pricing
$39 per month or $390 per year.

A community only works when people are engaged. You have to be willing to bring something to the party. That might mean acknowledging a post, starting a conversation, holding space for someone’s struggles, leading with curiosity, and leaving judgment at the door. You can’t come in and take energy without providing some in return.
This is not a place to get clients, it’s a place to learn how to get clients
In GtC we practice coaching over consulting. You won’t need to solve anyone’s problems and please know that everyone is on their own journey of learning and discovery. It’s a community of coaches and so we go with the rule that there’s no coaching without a client. We ask permission before sharing our insights and asking questions.
And we do not pitch our services unless someone is asking for them. This is a safe community.
You have to know the moment you join that you belong in the community. When you know you belong somewhere you show up with different energy. There’s nothing to prove, nothing to hide, nothing to defend, and nothing to protect.
And the #1 rule:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does it mean to be in a community? is this like Slack or Facebook?
What we’re creating in Goal to Coach takes the best of Slack and Facebook and adds to it! It’s private like Slack so you don’t have to be on Facebook or other social media if that’s not your thing. But it feels more like Facebook on steroids. So you can post images, gifs, and videos with your posts and be creative when engaging. We can also create private groups within the group for things like masterminds, book clubs, and accountability groups.
How much time do I need to dedicate to the community?
That’s entirely up to you! A community thrives through its members so my hope is that everyone who chooses to join Goal to Coach is coming committed to their growth as well as supporting the growth of others. So you can choose to come to the live Zoom offerings or watch the recordings. Or engage through posts and questions. Or perhaps you’ll offer up your own way to give back to the community!
When are the live calls scheduled?
That’s the good news of being a founding member you’ll get to tell me what times works best for you. In the beginning, there will be some experimentation to see what time works for the majority of the community members. But all workshops will be recorded and saved on the platform for later review.
Well, first off I get it, I’ve been there. Over the last 19 years of entrepreneurship, I’ve invested in my share of online programs. Some were worth it and some definitely were not. So, I get it.
If you have a question that I haven’t answered yet, feel free to send me an email.
But let’s get to the real deal. I know that it’s scary to think that your dream of coaching might not be possible. That for some reason you might not be able to make it work. You want it so bad, but what if you can’t make enough money doing the thing you love?
You need a support system that isn’t only well-meaning loved ones, who might not fully understand what you’re doing.
I’m telling you, that negative talk is the thing that’s going to lead to disappointment.
In fact, most likely your friends don’t want to hear about your launch strategy, your fears about putting yourself out there, or the nuances between one-on-one vs. group coaching.
You know you need to do something different, isn’t that why you spent the time reading this entire webpage?
Well, as the Long Island Medium, Theresa Caputo says, “there are no coincidences.” You’ve been looking for help, and you didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for it. Well, my friend here is your sign. This is it. I know and believe at my core, that together, we can do this.
If you’ve read this far, I want to share something that feels really vulnerable. I’ve had a core false narrative of “I’m alone” that has been driving my behavior for years. That story led me to hang out on the fringe of groups, not fully engage, and make lots of excuses of why I don’t really belong in a group so I can cut and run. My behaviors were based on the story I told myself.
Through my own personal development work, and my work with The Rewrite I’ve discovered that the “I’m alone” story was hampering my growth both personally and professionally. And more importantly it is not my truth.
The Goal to Coach Community was born out of inspiration. Truly, I put the question to my heart “how can I best serve?” The answer I got back was to create a learning community for new coaches. It was what I needed when I graduated so many years ago. And building and being in a community is the antidote to feeling alone.
I love serving new coaches. I teach three classes at Lumia Coaching, I’ve coached hundreds of students and watching them find their wings and positively impact their clients makes me feel like a proud Mama.
Building a coaching business is like a cross country road trip. You’ll go through lots of different terrain, experience a myriad of weather conditions, but it is always easier and better to do it with friends who you can laugh with along the way.
